Halie Ritchie

We are excited to introduce our author and chief editor, Halie Ritchie, to you! She is a graduate of Yale University with a B.A. in English, having won the Wallace Non-Fiction Prize during her student years.

If you were to ask us, “what person keeps on fascinating other people in your team,” the answer would have been “Halie!” Without any shadow of a doubt, we at HereComesYourBride.org can’t believe that she has enough time for sleeping because this woman is always up for something, be it listening to psychological podcasts, knitting, or traveling.

Considering her impressive number of interests, it’s little wonder how she manages to create articles that receive so much feedback. She has worked for several editorials as a staff reporter and a feature writer. Some of her works appeared on pages of The Times, and she won the American Society of Newspaper Editors Distinguished Writing Award for Non-Deadline Writing.

Halie has recently completed The Novelry’s Online Writing Courses and already signed up for another lecture because she thinks there’s always room for improvement. Also, she is a huge fan of thrifting and is highly attentive to details, which explains her ability to write well-structured, relatable, and helpful texts.
